This series are designed to have three functions, frozen cutting, mixing
and grinding, in one machine.
The shortest distance from frozen cutting to grinding saves space.
Meat blocks are placed on the Lift and loaded in the chute.
Meat blocks slides down into the frozen cutting section and flaked meat
goes to mixing and grinding section.
Paddle arm in the tab eliminates the bridge of the flaked meat.
Chute and rotor covers are released open for cleaning.
High quality chopper head minimizes the mashing and damage of the ground meat.
Unger system is available.
Bone collector is available optionally.
